Spanish egg

 


  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3 medium slices sourdough bread

Instructions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place olive oil, garlic and parsley in a food processor and blend roughly to make a paste.
Step 2 Spread a thin layer of paste on bread slices. Place on a baking tray and toast in the oven for five minutes or until golden.
